Advisory Board

Board Members

The Compeer Advisory Bard consists of 11-15 members who meet the fourth Wednesday of each month. Their responsibilities include advising the director on administrative and program decisions, advocating for the program, planning and implementing fundraising opportunities, and seeking funding for special projects.

Although Compeer benefits from administrative support we receive from NAMI of Johnson County, who acts as our fiscal agent, we do not receive any funding from NAMI. We are funded entirely by the efforts of our advisory board and director, and the generosity of individual community members and local businesses.

Advisory board terms are for three years and can be continued with the permission of the board.
